I've signed a 2-year lease contract rental for a flat with my family and shared it with a few people. Upon moving in, the other people decided to move out of the flat and rent another unit of their own after 4 months.
The landlord is ignoring all my attempts to reach out and inform him of the departure of other tenants. The agent just sent me the landlord's email and asked me to contact the landlord on my own without any help or reply for the past 2 weeks. And the landlord is not responding a single email since then.
There's no early termination clause in my contract, but I won't be able to sustain the rent for the whole flat on my own without finding new people to share with (both landlord and agent are awarded of it), but they are not giving any directions.

What should I do next? My rent payment is coming, should I not pay and wait for them to reply?

Also, is there any place that I can file for support in order to reach out to the landlord or make the agent more responsive?

There is no obligations on the landlord to allow you for early termination of this lease if there is no such provision in the tenancy agreement. The agent also has no obligations to be the communicating medium between you and landlord after the apartment has been handed over to you. Do you have the correspondence address of the landlord to reach out to the landlord directly or show up at the door step to communicate?

Why did you even enter into a rental agreement in the first place with the few other people who moved out without reaching an understanding with either the landlord to allow you to look for replacement or for the housemates to honour this agreement?

I don't think anyone can accurately advise you on what you should do in order to get landlord to reply. Even if you decide to stop rental payment, instead of landlord showing up, you may have letter of demand sent by landlord's lawyer to you to demand payment, move out and seek to claim damages from you.
