Just turned 40. Been reflecting a lot on my 'accomplishments' ever since started working - which is, not much. Is it too late to venture on an alternate career path? Tired of handling & all the hassling by unreasonable & moronic custs. Remuneration so fas has commensurate with effort & time put in. So, is property recommended for some mid-career guy like me?

property estate is interesting and there is no limit to your revenue. Age is not a barrier. we love to help people and we are hard working.we are successful. we are happy with our work. we are more than 40 years old.
