In these times of uncertainty, property market is booming, the real question is how sustainable is it?

Though currently it is a seller's market, you may wish to take into account as well other developments that have similar qualities to City Square Residences which are alternatives cannot be ignored. Market forces are stronger than what an agent alone or even a group can influence truly.
