May I know how much do agent fee for selling a condo. unit? 1% or 2%?

I would suggest very much for yourself to work together with your agent at 2%, to ensure
1) Unit sold at best price, to your best interests
2) Agent able to fully carry out extensive marketing for your unit, to get most exposure to potential buyers.
3) Agent is obliged to keep yourself updated on market situations.
