My daughter is above 35 years old and is the owner of a condo unit. Can she inherit my HDB flat when both my wife and me left this wonderful world? What are the administrative procedure and financial charges that she has to go through? Thank you

Hi Yiang,

Your daughter can inherit your HDB, but upon the inheritance, she will have a choice, either to sell off her own condo and keep the HDB (for 5 years before she can purchase another condo), or she can choose to sell off the HDB flat.
