My hdb was sold and I went to purchase another resale flat. After submitting the option for the sale, I submitted my option for the purchase in a timely manner. Now after 8 weeks, hdb said the buyer was ineligible to buy as the documents are not proper. I am now stuck with my purchase. I cannot get a bridging loan as I need a sale option. Now I do not know how long I may delay my purchase. I am putting my flat for sale again. Any suggestions are most appreciated.
