I Had fully paid my Current HDB Flat
2nd time ownership. I am 57 yrs old and would like to transfer ownership to my DAUGHTER
without going the Harsh divorce
I AM A JOINT APPLICANT WITH MY WIFE.
AFTER THE TRANSFER, CAN I SOLELY PURCHASE A NEW HDB FLAT STAY ALONE.

Good afternoon,

Based on your enquiry, the current flat had being purchased unit Joint tenancy with your spouse. You can transfer the ownership to your daughter if the unit had being paid using cash. You will have the essential occupier and you are still considered as a nucleus with your spouse. Therefore you are not eligible to purchase another BTO for yourself.
