I am also pissed with agents who does not answer call or respond to messages, while I am guilty of that sometimes for missing out but I do respond to at least 90% of enquiries that comes in. I simply do not understand why agents put up listings but do not answer calls or respond to enquiries via text messages. I'd suggest you to move on from this listing instead.

I suggest you engage a agent to look after your interests. That agent will shortlist and arrange viewings and all, for you and follow up with other agents and you. Doing it yourself is sometimes not always easy like what you are witnessing. This could be that there are many people who respond and agents prefer to work other agents to get things done.
