I often share with my clients, if they are equipped with all the knowledge and skills set to go about transacting on their own, they should by all means do it themselves.
The key thing that an agent provides is the time dedicated to serve their client in shortlisting the possible listings for viewing, provide a professional opinion to allow clients make more informed decision, look out for tell tale signs where units should not be considered and running the miscellaneous errands for the transaction to take place.
