Yes, in fact most of the affluent agencies provide have this policy in place, however, there will be certain trade offs like having to hit a certain commission amount within certain period, or stay with the company for certain period of time.
Frankly speaking, this is unlike going to PC show where you get freebies from purchasing, but do your due diligence in selecting the right team set up to start your business.
This industry has provided me countless opportunities and is still an interesting industry to me despite beginning my journey back in 2009.
Along this journey, I have met countless different types of fellow professionals, home owners, buyers, tenants, investors, developers and so on where they have given me plenty of inspirations, encouragements and etc.
I have learnt from different experts in this industry how they have managed to run their businesses in this industry that I know there is no right or wrong way, but which is a more effective way to run this business for myself that I am happy to be with a mid sized agency with a team that has culture of more than 10 years.
I will be glad to share more with you my journey and also learn from you whatever experience you have gained in whichever industry as I believe that positive experience from different industries can still be applied in our businesses. I was trained as an engineer prior entering this industry therefore I have brought along a systematic culture to the way I am doing my business here.
