recently bought a condo in D11 for investment. with the current news of "our government will tighten the policy now to reduce foreigners work here", look like there might be an over-supply of units for rental over the next few years. Should i sell the unit now?

You could be right. If you are happy with your profit, then consider to sell and move on.

Dear Yvonne,

I am sure that this piece of news is not onlu published to you but many others, therefore buyers may also be waiting for that period to come before committing to a purchase now. In terms of rental, you could be right in over supply due to the clamp down on foreign talents, but we cannot be sure of it.

Why not contact me for a further discussion on whether or not to cash out right now as I will definitely need to know what is the profit range you are looking at before I know how I can help you.

Thanks.

Hi,

If you are looking at rental yield from the project, pls do not sell as D 11, commands good rentals.

I shall spk to you more on this.
