Good afternoon,

Based on the standard practise, owners are required to sell their property within 6 months from issue of court order. To sell your unit to the open market at the current moment is quite impossible, based on my experience. Unless your co-owner reaches 35 before the court order have being issued or before the expiry of the 6 months time grace, and that his income is sufficient to finance for the property, you might be left with not much options.
