Hi Jegan,
If the property buy for own stay, dont need care when market is peak or low. Everybody must need sweet home to stay, just buy if you need give your family to stay. And i think not people can confirm how the condition at future market.
The main point is how you budget,location and monthly insallment, finialcial planning is very important when you buy 1st property.
