How do you know which agency is the most suitable for you?

Is it true that property agents tends to jump from one agency to another?
I am interested in property line and I have the determination to earn money.
With many sales experiences too, but not in property yet.
I can see that many gurus are very welcoming. But to find the right and sincere mentor isn't as easy as ABC.
