Sir, We are PR's here and our renewal is in oct 2012. We are likely to move out of Singapore renting out the flat without meeting the MOP of 3 yrs. We stayed only for 6 months for now. Can we sell the flat in the open market without meeting the MOP in 2012 at the cancellation of PR? If yes, what are the conditions of HDB? Thank you.
