Asked by
There is a property listing which used the photos of my entire unit to sell the agent’s listing.

https://www.propertyguru.com.sg/listing/24258494/for-sale-368-thomson

I tried to contact the agent but to no avail. This action is deceitful and does not represent well to users on the platform. Separately, I think the agent should use their own photos or at most use one or two rather than the entire unit of someone else to sell.

Please assist.

Hi Ben,

Am unsure which is your unit as the link you have provided showed a list of properties for sale in the vicinity of 368 Thomson. Is your unit up for sale or did you purchase a show flat unit from developer back then? Otherwise how did the agent end up having photos of your unit to put up for sale?

You may wish to email to custcare@propertyguru.com.sg for assistance in removing the listing. In addition, you may get in touch with the agency of the listing agent for them to contact the agent involved.
