What is the chances to secure 80% bank loan for a 650,000 executive condominium given the scenerio i and my wife have combined income of 8k, total cpf at present 120,000,cash of 50,000 but my wife is on debt management programe (not bankruptcy). Will bank still loan 80% of 650,000 to us. We are first timer looking for executive cndo. Thank yuo
