Typically commission for selling is at 2% of the sale transacted price and GST is applicable on this amount. This is for both resale HDB as well as private property.
For purchasing, typically xommission is at 1% of purchase transacted price with GST applicable for HDB resale transaction. No commission is applicable for private property purchases.
