Commission for selling is at 2% and GST is applicable on this amount. This is for both resale HDB as well as private property.

For purchasing, commission is at 1% with GST applicable for HDB resale transaction. No commission is applicable for private property purchases.

1% commission plus GST is applicable for the purchase of HDB flat.

Any variation will depend on the simplicity and complexity of the transaction.

For purchasing, typically xommission is at 1% of purchase transacted price with GST applicable for HDB resale transaction. No commission is applicable for private property purchases.
