Hi Kenneth,

You may look at selling price in the region of $600k or so depending on how much done up your unit is as well as the maintenance of your unit. If you sell now, what is the accomodation you'll be looking at? There is usually no right or wrong time to sell but rather is the price right for you especially so if you are looking to buy another property after the sale. Finances needs to be worked out proper.

Being a fellow Punggolian, I'd love to see prices here going up north as it will also mean that my own property will be good in value :)
