Will banks lend me???
I'm 40 and my annual income in $150k.
1) I've credit lines of $45 still outstanding.
2) my credit standing should be ok as i've never missed a payment etc those kind of things.
3) If i sell my house now i'll get back $200k cpf + $50k cash.
4) If i intend to buy a $900k pte house and loan $650k, do you think banks will lend me?
