wish to know if property outlook for next 5 years is positive. price at one freehold apartment at still road seems high aroun 890psf. also not sure of rental demenads forsuch a 800sf size unit. even if near to schols, family wuld nt rent small unit. if singles/expats, waht are the profile? with so many projects in east coast, how to market such that it's above in demand to the next location? would a mickey mouse unit at mt sophia be a better buy? thank U.
