Am planning to buy a small 2-bedroom condo late 2017 or early 2018 in Jurong West area when I met my MOP for my current hdb 4-room unit. Seeking advise on whether I should sell off the hdb before condo purchase (to save the ABSD and reduce bank loan) or to keep the hdb and use the HDB rental to service the condo mortgage?
