Are We still eligible for HDB BTO or EC ?
Background :
My wife applied for a new 4 rm hdb flat using her name only back in 1999 before we got married in 2004. (hdb loan)
In 2006, She transfer the ownership of the flat to her younger brother in 2006. As we bought a new hdb flat using both our names. (hdb loan)
If we sell our current hdb 5 rm flat now,
Are we still eligible to apply for BTO flat or EC now using bank loans?
