Aren't there any deeper ethics for agents in the business?
Been sms'ing with an agent. In the sms he mentioned a sqf price for a property that sounded quite okay, not fantastic but okay compared to ura's website. So the day after I called him to arrange a viewing. But to my surprise he then quoted a higher price for the property. ???? but went to take a look anyway.
When I then showed up I was quoted a price 35% higher than was quoted on the phone. So we ended up in an argument about his ethics and how he can price like this?
Is this how property sales is done these days?
Could I sue?
