I am really unsure why would any agents turn down a genuine opportunity to close a deal with a serious buyer since most of us here do not earn a basic salary and rely on commission for a transaction closed to put food on the table for our family. Did you try to make arrangements in advance or you tried to arrange viewings on that very day itself?
One of the reason why you can be having difficulties in arranging for an appointment can be due to ethnic restrictions for the flats you are interested in as regulated by the authorities, or there is little turnaround time for agents to make arrangements for viewing.
The alternative is to engage the services of an agent to look into your purchasing requirements and they can filter out all the unnecessary noises, inconveniences or unhappiness you are facing.
