Afternoon Jasper,

Anyone under the age of 21 is considered as minor, hence not qualified to be property owner. Thus a guardian or trustee is required. It would be good to have your lawyer prepare the necessary documents like customised OTP or letter of transfer, etc, might be useful.

Hi Jasper
The short answer is YES!

The way to do this legally - best to email me Kev7711@Kf.com for a personal discussion to your preferences if you have decided what properties you want.
