Can I buy a condo or landed property for 12yrs old son? I will either make full payment or take loan under my name? Possible?

Afternoon Jasper,

Anyone under the age of 21 is considered as minor, hence not qualified to be property owner. Thus a guardian or trustee is required. It would be good to have your lawyer prepare the necessary documents like customised OTP or letter of transfer, etc, might be useful.
