Can I log a complaint when my agent who I appointed, wasn't helping me at all during the viewing of the HDB unit - all was done by myself in terms of searching, making an appointment, and dealing with the seller agent on my own. All this agent do was just paperwork, can I dispute to refuse to pay 1% commission when he did nothing.
