Dear madam,

You will be able to sell the current HDB, however, your husband must be an essential occupier at least if not a co-owner of the purchased flat as both of you are essentially considered 1 entity under the eyes of HDB. This means that both of you will be required to observed a 5 years MOP for the purchased flat before he is eligible to purchase a private residential property without incurring any ABSD.

Yes you will be able to do so. However do note that your husband has to be named as an occupier for the new house and he could not purchase another HDB or private residential property (have to serve 5 years MOP to be eligible to purchased private property).
