Dear Guru.
I have received many frier requesting for a flat in my block with reasons such as wanted to stay near parents, looking for replacement flat but no agents please etc. I have also noticed that there are several flats in my block requesting for sales but why these buyers did not approach them. Could it be them not able to find the suitable flats or they are not geniune buyers at all? Thanks guru.
