Dear Property Guru Experts,
I would like to know under which circumstances may the LL be liable responsible for injuries caused to tenants. We are tenants and just had an incident in the property due to a ceiling glass light falling and causing injuries to 2 family members (1 toddler). One was rushed to the hospital with a cut on the head which needed stitches and contusion. We've paid for the medical expenses. LL denies to revise and check all other ceiling lights as we are now concerned if a similar accident with more serious consequences may happen.
Would you please advise how to proceed? Thank you
