Seller's Stamp Duty will only be applicable if you sell off the property within 3 years from purchase. As long as you sell after the 3 years period, there is no stamp duty applicable.

1) **SSD Applies Only If You Sell Within 3 Years** – If you **sell the property within 3 years** from the purchase date, you must pay **Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD)**.

If the property has crossed the 3 years mark, from the date of the purchase of the property ie the date that you exercised the OTP, there will no longer be any stamp duties when selling.
