hi all , I fall under non citizen spouse scheme and my wife is a work permit holder . Our hle loan approve as 220k , cpf 35000k . understand that I have the single sc grant 15k .

1) do I use 270k to look for a flat ?
2) how about stamp duty , legal fee , how much do I have to pay ?
3) do I need to pay ABSD ?

Hi,

Are you intending to use cash as well? Whichever amount of cash you have prepared will be added to 270K. This will be the price you should consider.

For stamp duties, legal fees, and hdb admin fees it will be approx 3% of purchase price.
Agent fees will be 1%+GST.

No ABSD is required for SC-FR first timer buying their 1st matrimonial property as it is likely they can qualify for ABSD remission. Thanks and may I assist further?

Your buyer power is around $255k, after subtracting the legal and stamp fee. ABSD is not payable as you are SC.
