Hi experienced agents, would appreciate advice. MY manager cheated me of my commissions by submitting the case wholly under his name. I'm new in property and he told me he would handle the paperwork and submit the case for me.

I’ve contacted CEA about this, but CEA claims that they do NOT handle co-broke agent’s monetary dispute and directed me to the Small Claims Tribunal. I went to the SCT, but they mentioned that monetary disputes among agents are not under their jurisdiction.

I find it ironic that CEA doesn’t protect the interest of agents. In this event, what other avenue can I turn to seek redress? Buyer is willing to be my witness to testify that I was the serving agent responsible for the purchase of his unit.

Hi, I am sorry hearing about your sad plight. May I also suggest that you approach your CEO and KEO directly to make an official complain? Hope everything will turn out well for you and God bless!

Hi, I actually spoke to another colleague about it. He told me he is leaving the company precisely because of a similar issue. He told me that mine isn't the first nor only such incident. He told me that "No point telling company as big boss fully aware of it, but you're just a newbie. Your manager is a producer with a team under him. He'll side your manager". The comms is about 10k and I waited for 7 months for it. My manager still kept claiming that the commissions wasn't out till I called the office myself, only to find out that not just has it been out for awhile. My name was not in inside as an "internal co-broke" agent. Other than this, he also took half the comms from my rental listing which because he claimed the tenant wasn't paying comms. I later found this out to be a lie, from the tenant's own mouth.
Dear Sir/Mdm,

Its unfortunate that your manager is behaving in an unprofessional and unethical manner. If the management is turning a blind eye to such practices, I would advise you to leave the company immediately.

Please feel free to contact me so that I can share with you more about the healthy culture and spirits we have in our company!

Hi,
My advise is talk to the management of the comany on this. Settle this dispute and resign from the company. There are much better mentor you should join. I truly believe that you should not allow your own closing be clocked under someone's name. Just for the sake of to be Top Achiever in your manager's case?
Let me know if you want to start afresh in another agency. I am willing to coach you 1-to-1 and groom you. Just drop me a text and we can meet for a discussion.

Kind Regards

Not merely clocking the case, I've confronted him for the monies, went from claiming I deserve only 25% (as he represents developer as project IC, he ought to take 50%, then also helped when I was presenting to buyer, so deserve another 1/2 of the 50% from buyer), to not wanting to pay a single cent (claimed because offer of 25% "expired").
Suggest you file a complaint to your company's Management. Good luck!
