hi gurus! I am 22 this yr. Currently serving NS. I am thinking of going into real estate line. I got a diploma which is not related to real estate, sadly. I know that I will have to take a RES test in order to become an agent and also I will need capital to start off. My question is the RES test is provided by the agency or I will have to take it on my own? and what is the capital to start off?

Apart from the refund given by various companies, you'll still need some capital for advertisment & expenses to start your real estate business. It is a business and not a salary job. There are ways to raise the capital legally and quickly. Give me a call to learn more.

When I completed my NS many years back, I have
a few thousands saving from the lousy SAF rank pay. Your current rank pay should be much better, start saving some of your monthly pay. That saving can help you make alot more money.

How to make money in real estate? Come down to DTZ and I'll share with you how you can start the business with no clients, no contacts, no sales experience.

Note: Cashflow management is important to a younger person starting a real estate business. If you are unable to save from your rank pay, a dry spell will wipe out your $$ and you won't stay long in the industry. I'll teach you how you should save and how to ensure a stable income
so that you can build a strong base for your business. It's good to start young, but you must be willing to tighten the belt and cheong! Call me today!
