Hi

I am currently living in a HDB (a gift from parent) Suppose if i were to invest in a private property now.
Can you clarify what will happen in case HDB wants to en-bloc my HDB later while i'm still holding to the private property?

Will I be disqualied for the SERS benefit since i own private property?

You can still get a NEW HDB Flat. But for the rebate on the new flat might be forfeit depends on ENBLOC officer that going to interview you.
