Hi,

I have fully paid my HDB loan. I have close to the minimum sum in my SA. If I purchase a private property, do I have to sell my HDB flat? I purchased my flat more than 10 years ago.

Hi Raj,

You'll not be required to sell away your HDB for your purchase of private property.

If you are intending to utilise your CPF savings for your purchasr, do take note of thr CPF minimum sum requirement.

I have a 3 bedroom unit in Edelweiss Park condo completed in 2006 and freehold for sale.
