Hi, if i have signed the LOI but i havent given the agent deposit money, am i able to cancel it? does he have right to automatically issue cheque without my instruction?

Specifically, to the conditions which you stated in your queries, you're able to cancel the LOI and naturally speaking, the agent has no right to issue the cheque on his own.
