Hi, I'm interested to be part of the Property Agent industry and I've been interested in this industry as I always love to do sales and giving the best to people, my happiness is to see people being happy and much happier when I help them out. I'm 21 years old this year and currently finishing my part-time Higher Nitec by March 2021. Currently juggling with my National Service which will end by this year in July. I would like to know is there any agent that I can have a consultation to know about the RES Course as well as the Exam after the RES Course so that I can be prepared and as well knowing how is like for the RES Course and Exam. How much do I have to put aside for the RES Course and Exam separately, so that I can start putting them aside? And will it be okay if I were to work part-time to earn some money for the RES Course/Exam? I'm really interested to sacrifice myself for the course and be as a property agent! I need a clearer perspective.

RES course fees is from $700+ onwards before any applicable subsidies like skillsfuture. The exams will set you back by almost $420.

At OrangeTee & Tie's AAG Division, we do conduct regular tutorial sessions to assist candidates with their revisions before the exams and this is actually for free.

I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 10years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.

I am very active in the residential segment of Singapore real estate market, having transacted hundreds of deals from HDBs to private condominiums and landed properties in Singapore, and have handled many unique cases in sales and purchases as well as rental deals.

Over the years, I have also established a network reaching out to more than 9,400 expatriates, bringing my market presence to both in and outside of Singapore. This has created an additional exposure when I manage my client's portfolios, on top of the conventional on and offline platforms, where other estate agents are relying on. This has allowed me to consistently convert leads into results.

With an evolving market, where change is the only constant, I have also been investing in upgrading of my knowledge and skills sets to improve myself and meet the demands of current and future market.

We are offering our clients a complimentary first consultation without obligations (Absolutely FREE!). Schedule for your FREE session today!
