Hi,
Unfortunately you can not change your mind once OTP is issued and 1K deposit is paid. The only scenario the deal will not go through is when the buyer does not exercise the OTP after 21 days timeline ( Possible reasons: they find the COV too high after valuation report is out/They cannot secure the loan in time/Change of mind etc)
At this stage I suggest that you speak to the buyer and see if they are agreeable with it. 1K will then be refunded to them.
