Hi, we just rented an apartment at Rosewood Condo for 2 years, and it was bug infested and filthy when we were given the keys. It was supposed to be moving in condition and we had to pay for lots of fumigation and cleaning because landlord is useless, uncontactable. The management of condo cannot do anything. The NEA cannot do anything so we are at the mercy of PR landlord who just wants to make money. How can we get out of lease? Who can help us when landlord is so unreasonable? Now we want to buy our own EC. How can we find reliable estate agent?
