Hi, would like to check if I am eligible (citizen) to buy a 5 room flat with my aunt (PR) under joint-single scheme?

Hi

For Joint-Single Scheme, both applicants must be a Singapore Citizen.

Hi, for joint single scheme, both must be citizen and at least 35 years of age.
