How do we know if the posts on the guru's website is for real? Many times, agent claimed this and that (1 agent says a 5I in Yishun is for sale on the 25th floor!!) BUT Which block in Yishun even hits the 20th floor? Does propertyguru screen the agents' postings periodically?

Here is 1 agent who hoards the listing page with the same multiple listings every day, making the page ineffective. Furthermore, if you read the posting, the project mentioned is not even the supposed project for the page.
