I am a second timer and my fiancée is a first timer. We have managed to gotten HLE from HDB. Would like to check whether we will qualify for half housing grant in addition to proximity grant (will be staying near parents).

Congrats on the HLE from HDB !
Yes your fiancé will be eligible for half the grant as a first timer..

Need to take note also that your parents will be affected if they intend to sell their house within 5 years. Else you need to pay back..
