For the houses in Jalan Bukit Ho Swee, the older flats are indeed already quite old. As such, there are only limited groups of people who can buy. So during the marketing process, we will need to target the right group of buyers for your property. I know the place very well as I grew up in Bed Crescent, which is just in front of Jalan Bukit Ho Swee. Even some times when it is along the way, I will still go back to the area for my meals. Brings back good old memories.
