I am seeking advice in relation to my encounter with the agent I engaged.
1. My agent charged commission 4%, which I do not agree with and now wanted the payment of $21,000 from 2% of $11,124. With the amount of $10,000 additional to pay?
2.It leaves me no choice but to seek CASE mediation after I lodged a complaint with CEA with only information relay to her company but no action taken from them.
3. What is your view of my situation? The whole process was that the agent closed the deal at a lower price than expected and came to me demanding additional commissions.
4. I should have fired her. I find myself lost and mad why such a thing happened but not willing to give in.
5. OR I just settle the amount she demanded? Let the matter die off? Are there any HDB housing agents that behave this way?
