Hi

You have to confirm with HDB whether you are eligible to inherit and keep both HDB and condo, as there are certain conditions to fulfill. There are no estate duty or inheritance tax, or stamp duty payable for inherited properties.

Yes since you already own a private property, you already have restrictions in terms of buying HDB next time again, in terms of a longer wait out period. If you plan to buy another HDB next time, you have to sell away all your existing properties.
