I have rented my apartment thru' an agent, in the tenancy agreement, the tenant agreed to install the split air-con on his own cost. After shifting in he refused to install and do not abide according to the agreement instead install a ceiling fan without the landlord permission.

What should I as a landlord do or how will the agent handle if tenant did not go according to contract. Tks

I believe the agent from DTZ answered most accutrately and sensebly. We, agents shouldn't suggest legal/small claim's court as a first option or solution. it should be the last resourse after trying his/her bast to resolve the issue within his/her ability. Rosa Read More

    he dosent give a good solution towards breaching of tenancy agreement. I am not suggesting going to legal claim. So pls advise me what would you as an agent do in this case. What is the solution cannot just say no recourse
