I just got married. Me and my spouse intend to buy either a BTO or resale flats. However before I got married, my dad bought a resale flat in Pasir Ris and due to insufficient fund from his, we had taken a loan 150K from OCBC under my name and monthly deduction is from my cpf. How do I go about in buying flats with my spouse? Currently I am serving the 3rd year MOP. Please advise.
