I own a private property, can I buy a RESALE EC from the open market?

Only concern is whether the EC is privatized already. As long the EC is privatized, you can purchase it like ordinary private property.

If you are SC or SPR, you can purchase resale EC that's more than 5 years old. If you are foreigner, you can only purchase resale EC that's more than 10 years old.
