I own a private property jointly with my wife and jointly liable for the mortgage. Would like to transfer the title 100% to my name as well as mortgage.. How does the process work?
a) Selling price - Can my wife sell to me at ANY price?
b) Pay Stamp Duty - What's the stamp duty liable? Is it same as usual Sale or different.
c) Will I have to get a new mortgage or the bank usually just transfers into my name if the income criteria are met?
